Finding a trustworthy locksmith is a relief, especially since dishonest operators and deceptive tactics remain a widespread problem and we fell victim to a recent locksmith scam. Michael from Kwikeys made us feel safe and exchanged our lockset within minutes. He was very professional, provided a firm written quote before performing the work, and gave us his business card displaying a physical storefront address. Thank you, Michael!!
I had an attic door with a broken, 30+ year old passage set that I needed to get into. I tried to remove the hardware myself but with the internal mechanisms broken off, it seemed impossible. I wasn’t sure even a professional could get this door open. I finally called Kwikeys and Michael came out the same day. He worked in my hot attic until he got that resistant chunk of metal out of the door, and then he replaced it with a brand new, WORKING door handle. Such a nice guy, and very professional. Now that I have a working attic door, a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
Great experience overall - don't hesitate to give Kwikeys a call if you're in a jam!
Michael came by and not only helped to unlocked a stuck lock in my credenza… He troubleshooting it super well to avoid future issues. Very respectful, on time, and communicative.
