Michael came by and not only helped to unlocked a stuck lock in my credenza… He troubleshooting it super well to avoid future issues. Very respectful, on time, and communicative.
Michael came out to replace a broken lock on our vinyl gate He was professional, helpful & was able to come out same day. Told us he could try to repair it instead of replacing it to save us some money. He then cleaned the vinyl gate that had a tiny bit of grease on it. What a great guy. We had 2 other CO’s come out & try to overcharge us & we’re very pushy about a service fee eventhough they were unable to fix or diagnose the problem. We will definitely use him again & refer him out to neighbors.
