I love being a member here. I have one closer to my house but come to this one specifically for Balto. He is an amazing therapist. Has a wonderful energy and a relaxing touch. Balto is very gifted at what he does. Highly recommend.
The Lake Forest location is the most friendly staff and easiest to make an appointment. My facials have been great and I can see a continuous improvement in my skin. They listen to your concerns, talk you through the process & solutions, and always take the time to answer your questions. Product recommendations are thoughtful and not pushed on you to push a purchase.
I’ve gotten 2 facials here and it’s been such a great experience! I got Kelly both times and I feel like she uses the perfect amount of pressure, it’s such a relaxing process! I leave looking like a glazed donut and really enjoy the overall process.
