“I love Priscilla!! She is an amazing artist who truly transformed my face from little stubs to beautiful, natural looking brows. I had previously tattooed my eyebrows at another studio about 13 yrs earlier and was hesitant to try it again, but I’m so glad I took the leap and had Priscilla redo them with a different and combination technique.
