I unfortunately moved an hour out of the area and it's taken me over two years to try to find someone even comparable to the amazing work Karlee does, with no success. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin, she goes above and beyond for extractions and just really knows what she's doing. I'm a customer for life because no one compares to her.

Karlee gave me the best facial I ever had and she's currently the best esthetician that I know. However, I'm giving her 4 stars since there's a big catch for getting excellent quality service. If you're use to scheduling last minute, sticking to a tight schedule, or starting your appointment on time then this place is not for you. Karlee works out of a small room in an office building filled with other single room business services. She does everything by herself including the scheduling and her specialty service . She is in high demand and so her appointments can get backed up for weeks and sometimes get rescheduled because of unexpected events. But... read full review

Wish I had read the Yelp reviews before purchasing her Groupon.... How is she still in business with TEN years worth of people not being able to contact her to make an appointment after purchasing her services. I too tried texting and calling for weeks with zero response, and Groupon was also a pain to deal with in getting a refund. Don't waste your time or money.
