I have been with Dr. J for 8 years now. My back S curve is gone, getting into maintenance mode.
I really like Dr. J’s approach since he will explain that I shouldn’t be doing certain things too much, we created a plan where the adjustment is more intense in the beginning to change muscle memory, and as the weeks go by frequency has to go down.
Also, we after has crack neck ourselves which is actually not helping the treatment, some times goes against what the Dr. is trying to do.

I have been seeing Dr. Jawanda for several years now. I was referred to him by the VA and he is by far the best chiropractor I’ve ever had.
Since the military, I’ve been in and out of physical therapy due to a compression fracture to L4/L5 lumbar. Dr. J is the only chiropractor I’ve ever been treated by that was able to restore function enough to my lower back to be able to work out without significant pain.

Dr. J is an amazing chiropractor! My family has known him for 20 years and have been going to him for chiropractic care since we were little kids. He truly cares about his patients and their needs and has always been available for appointments. I always feel so refreshed, relaxed, and reengerized after an adjustment, it's one of the best feelings ever. I highly recommend Dr. J for all of your chiropractic needs!
