I send out three of my machines for repair at the warranty cut off...I was working with Cheyenne machines before and when I sent them out for repair I did not get them back for a month, sometimes longer, and they were never repaired the same as when I first bought them. With that being said I finally got up the nerve to send out my machines to Bishop, every email I sent of my worries was quickly replied to promising a timely turnaround ...I literally got my machines back the same week I sent them out from NY! Everyone at the Bishop repair team is super friendly, helpful, and as artists themselves they truly understand what it's like to be without your daily drivers. When I say this brand is the best in the business I say it with every fiber of my being ! Been using bishop for MANY YEARS and not only do I have absolute trust in their machines but THEIR PEOPLE! Customer service has ALWAYS BEEN TOP TIER UNMATCHED. The level of professionalism, kindness, sense of urgency paired with careful handling is the reason I will recommend bishop to everyone I meet. KAREN ESPECIALLY deserves a heap of credit , above and beyond , as long as she stays on their team they will always have the best representation leading their customer service team .

Not only have I been using the davinci needles for years because of how high quality, switched over to the bishop wand recently and it has been great, was having an issue and customer service went above and beyond to help me sort everything. Will be team bishop for life!!
