I won a giveaway for free extensions that Bie had posted for the holidays; so it was completely unexpected, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! I was a little nervous at first since my hair is curly / frizzy, but she was able to assure me that it's suitable for my hair, and way less damaging. Bie was super catering towards my schedule, and super thorough / knowledgeable when color matching the extensions I'm absolutely obsessed with my hair, and have received so many compliments on it!!
