Cecilia is Awesome!!! I have known her for many years super professional and high end services you will not be disappointed. I saw her do the hair and makeup at a wedding show and Wow got tons of compliments on her work. Bottom line Cecilia does great work , very nice person and always values her clients book her today. Ed
