I am about to have to reach out to an Attorney. I have been trying to get someone to call me back or at least help me for over 6 months now. I can't get anyone to call me back or help me in any way. Does this company even have corporate staff? Wrong corp phone numbers given out by multiple offices and staff members, I have left 6 (yes that's correct) 6 voice messages with corporate people with no return call yet. I have also left a review on BBB, the Apria website and now on Google. I would love to have someone take care of this matter, since now you have sent me to collections for part of the bill that I was never supposed to be billed for. Why would a new customer want to spend the rest of their life dealing with a company that provides broken equipment? We are talking about life saving equipment, not a cheesesteak. After two weeks of replacing broken equipment with more broken equipment. I called and requested everything be picked up for return. There is a better company out there.

No one answers the phone. No one returns calls with a name or anyway to reach them. No one realizes that the modem is not sending information. No one is trained well enough to understand the many settings and implications of setting changes on a Non Invasive Ventilator. The manager does not call back from San Diego. The regional manager does not respond back. This company makes tens of thousands of dollars from my insurance alone per year and this company has no clue and offers no true, responsible healthcare. Insurance companies should do an audit and find out who has died as a result of poor care and follow up. It could be eye opening.
