They definitely try to upsell you my car is a 2026 with 5k miles and they tried to find things to upsell me on like the air filter. I just don’t like the high pressure sales myself but the oil change was good and they are fast. They kinda pressure you to give a review while you are there as well uncomfortable feeling
In March 2026, I got an oil change at the Valvoline in the Canyon Hills area in Lake Elsinore! I have used a variety of locations! Alexis had a great personality and was wonderful with his costumer service. He also was knowledgeable on the services that my van needed. Dylan, the gentlemen who showed the amount of oil, also was very professional. I really enjoyed the visit! They made the oil change experience enjoyable even in the heat! Great Job!
