Went to myFirst class Friday night and definitely feeling it today ! I felt very comfortable and would recommend it to anyone that’s looking to get back into it . Great environment .

I highly recommend Strong First for anyone who is already in great shape as well as someone who would like to get into living a healthier lifestyle. The coaches are very positive and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable to give you the proper advice to living a healthy lifestyle. I will be a customer for life.

Family friendly and family oriented environment. This gym is for everyone! Coaches will meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re just starting, coming back from an injury or needing a challenge in your workout this place is definitely for you.
