Rock Turf and Landscape did my entire landscape for a big project of mine in Newport Beach on a luxury home and exceeded all of my expectations.
Gus (the owner) and his crew are extremely hard-working and honest people. They were there when they said they would be and didn’t have a single hiccup during the whole job.
Gus carefully sourced hundreds of different plants and trees. He was there every day working alongside his crew and making sure things had proper placement and aesthetic curation.
He also charged a fair price and never tried to include hidden/extra fees we didn’t agree on.
I would highly recommend him.
Gus was awesome and brought a beautiful olive tree to our pool area. He worked with us on our budget and was so easy to deal with in the middle of big project. We'll definitely be working with him again.
New to Murrieta and excited to not have HOA, we were unaware of the City's Municipal Codes for landscape boundaries and what homeowners are responsible for. Until we met one of the officers of the City's Code Enforcement Department (via notice/warning letters) for a quick tutorial of covering the landscape areas between the public right of way sidewalks, curbs, and gutters alongside our property line.Eager to fix what we have been unaware of for months, we reached out to several landscape companies and obtained several quotes... Wow!!! What it costs to look at an appealing yard and surrounding areas!! For a moment we appreciated HOA, just for a quick second...Considering our 3 quotes, Rock, Turf, and Landscape worked with changing up materials that our budget would appreciate. They scheduled us to meet our Code Enforcement deadline (yes, we got a fix-it ticket from the City!) and landscape crew were quick to prep, complete and clean up. We didn't want to deal with maintenance or monthly landscape and water bills, so we opted for a rock landscape as it was much cheaper than fake turf. With a few minor changes, Gus was knowledgable with material and explained why, what and how we would expect to maintain. While there were more permanent solutions, it will cost more when cosmetic designs on permanent landscape come to play. Working with our budget and offering options for our needs, we were pleased to opt for rock landscape as a best fit for us based on what we expected for the long-term.The crew were friendly, professional, and courteous, especially toward heavy foot-traffic as they worked on the sidewalk areas. They had to cease work twice to accommodate heavy foot traffic on a school day, however, they were done long before our deadline!Final inspection and a walkthrough with business owner before we closed out our project and paid off what we hope will be lasting investment (curb appeal and code enforcement friendly!).It was a pleasure working with Rock, Turf, and Landscape and would definitely seek their services again when in need!!I highly recommend them for your landscape needs!
