Mountain View has taken care of a few of our dogs, and every experience has been wonderful. The entire team is genuinely kind, and the girls who work there are really sweet. You can tell they love what they do because it shows in the way they talk to the animals, the patience they have, and the care they put into every visit. Great location ! I couldn't get an appointment with my normal vet I was able to make a same day appointment. Staff was very friendly gave the high and low cost of services. The only thing is which I understand but don't like is paying for each service before the service. At my other vet I was given a price then I signed the contract for the service then paid at the end of the service before leaving the vet . This one i had to pay a couple of times per service then for the meds . I like how I saw more than one Dr was available during my visit at my other vet only one Dr is available they sometimes go into surgery. Service was great I do plan on returning for my pets .
While looking for something else, I came across this. My dogs (several over the years) have all been patients at Mountainview over the years. I have stayed with them based on their evident love and caring for all of my pets. One of the things that I have not seen mentioned is their extremely empathetic treatment for my dogs as they approached the end of their life. My most recent need for these services was for Brody. Brody had tumors in his mouth that were not responding to any treatments. We had reached the point where it could be assumed that it was cancer or auto-immune disease.
