So far, I had the best experience when the gentleman was there. The woman whom I believe is his wife has asked me and my wife to come back to pick-up since my dry-cleaning is never ready on time. She also swore up and down and argued with me about some police or security guard uniform items that I did not drop off for cleaning (guess she thinks all black guys look alike). There was also a hispanic woman who argued that my wife had to repay because the wife did not update their system as paid for cleaning even though her ticket showed as paid. We dropped off a brand new pair of tan dress pants. When we picked them up, the waistband had black stains/burn marks all the way around. When the they were questioned about it, the employees accused me of lying and they stated they were turned in with that stain. After going back and forth they refused to refund me the money and refused to replace the brand new pair of pants. Do not go to this dry cleaners, stay away!!!!

If I could give a zero star I would! This place is a scam and a rip off. I brought in some blouses to be cleaned and when I came to pick them up, she charged me for long dresses. Blouses are 4.99 and a long dress is 12.99 I told the lady do these look like dresses ... they're shirts. She argued with me and was super unprofessional. Before this trip, I came one other time and I noticed she charged my card for 11 items and I only had 9. Should have learned from that one experience.. never again!!!!
