UPDATE: 10/12/23 Jon called me and took care of it promptly, so I change my 2 stars to 4 stars. Thank you Jon!I'm not sure exactly what to say in regards to when a company promises something then ghosts you...We used Jon's Movers to move my 84 year mom into my house. Just to make it short, I know the guys were tired.I noticed that the China cabinet was not put together correctly (it's in 2 pieces and extremely heavy). We, my mom and I, are scared that it may fall over, we cannot move it. I called Jon, he did call back and said that the movers will come and adjust it correctly if not that day the next. Neil and Darius loaded our truck from storage to move out of state.They did a great job stacking and protecting our items. The loading was done in a timely manner and all items arrived without damage.

Moved an exercise bike and treadmill. Great job wrapping the items in blankets and shrink wrap to ensure no damages. Delivered to the 3rd floor apartment with no complaints. They were timely and professional.
