Jon's Movers is a company that has had varied experiences with customers. They have had successful moves, with workers doing a great job loading and stacking items in a timely manner, ensuring no damage. The movers were professional, timely, and careful when handling delicate items such as exercise equipment. However, some customers have experienced poor communication and customer service after issues arose. One instance involved a misplaced piece of furniture, and despite promises to rectify the situation, there was a lack of follow-up. The company has since addressed the issue. Overall, the movers themselves seem to do their job well.
***** FIVE STARS!! ***** OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! OUTSTANDING BUSINESS! This company will be the only one I use from now on and I have moved over half a dozen times in the last decade! I cannot state adequately how IMPRESSED I was with Jon’s Movers, its employees and its OWNER!! My movers were Hugo and Enrique, and they did my move from one upper apt to another upper apt at a new complex. PROFESSIONAL, ACCOMODATING AND INCREDIBLY KIND!! My move was the 2nd move for me within 2 weeks, and it was challenging for me and the movers. Even after HOURS of moving (and working their butts off!), these gentlemen still went out of their way to remain polite, careful with my belongings and SO KIND! My situation was a bit different, and unknown to me, my lead mover called the office and then the owner is on the phone to me, ensuring that he did everything he could to accommodate my budget constraints! I was floored, overwhelmed and INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL!! To all of them for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. Every contact I had with this company from start to finish, by phone, email and in person- was top of the line and provided the type of customer service that I have not come across in decades! Ask for Hugo and Enrique, you will NOT be disappointed!
