I have been doing my taxes with JB services for many years now including now that I live out of state. I have always found the prices to be more than fair and also feel their work is excellent. I once made the mistake of going to HR block and they charged me 3 times the amount. Many years ago you used to be able to get a loan for your refund and the bank charged you a % of your return, I think that is what the other person is talking about. I have shopped around and their prices cannot be beat. During tax time, I know it's busy so plan accordingly. I have been using their mobile app to send them my documents and it's so easy! it takes a few days for everything to be done....read full review
