We moved into a new home build and it was expensive to have the builder put in shutters throughout the house. I figured I would just use curtains. When we moved in, Janet from Jade Windows came by and asked if we were interested in window coverings. At first I thought I didn't have the budget, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to get a quote. She came in and I showed her around. She was very professional. She wore all the PPE including shoe coverings, which I truly appreciated because we have brand new floors. She measured our windows and gave me a quote. Her prices were much less than the builder, by a couple of hundred dollars. So I decided to order. Due to COVID, production time was about 3 months, but I understood. This wasn't the first time I've had to wait due to COVID production times. About 3 months later the shutters arrived and the installer was scheduled. The installer, Jorge, was very respectful and polite. He also wore all the PPE, very professional appearance and behavior. He was quiet and quick with installation. He didn't mind my barking dogs! I try to support small business whenever possible. This was one of the reasons I had Janet provide a quote. I highly recommend Jade Windows, very professional and good quality! Support small business!!!😁
I had some shades installed a few months back. The owners are very knowledgeable and professional! They also did a great job of cleaning up after. My shades made a huge difference in the room 😊
