This place is awesome. I love coming here. They always give me the best haircuts. They’re always so kind and friendly and very welcoming. The best part is they have an online line so you don’t have to wait there to get your haircut. You can wait until your turn is up. Shout out to Shelly for being my favorite haircut stylist there. She really knows what’s up!
10 years of great service!
I’ve been coming to this Great Clips location in Lake Elsinore for about 10 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. Valerie is absolutely amazing she’s friendly, professional, and really takes the time to understand what I’m looking for. She recently gave me a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
My kids also get their haircuts here, and Michelle is wonderful with them. She does an amazing job and always makes them feel comfortable.

If first impressions matter then this place takes the absolute cake. Michelle was amazing very polite and did exactly what i needed. Her experience speaks for itself and i felt heard and well taken care of. Valerie also made a great impression her patience with her last customer speaks volume about her professionalism and care. Although she dealt with a rough customet how they all came together as a team was absolutely amazing. Kuddos to the entire team at great clips. I will definetly be back simply because of them.
