I went today twice at 9 and then at 10:30But still close you guys could have at least put up a sign that said today is closed and I would have not returned later other ladies went back thinking maybe you guys just opened late but nothing come on people seriously

If you are disabled, I do not recommend this office. I was not allowed service due to the medical equipment required due to my disability. I have a medical alert service dog. The receptionist informed me after I filled out the paperwork that they do not allow service dogs beyond the waiting room because the entire area is sterile (it isn't). This included the reception area, where the receptionist was eating and drinking, the restrooms, etc. I informed them that this is not a sterile environment that would be fundamentally altered by the presence of a dog and asked if she would speak to the dentist to confirm that they wanted to deny me service due to the presence of my medically required service animal. She returned and said that in addition to being a sterile area, the dentist and another employee were both allergic to service dogs. The ADA clearly states that allergies or fear of dogs is not a reason to deny access, but they did so anyway. The ADA has a service dog section that this office clearly needs to review. In addition, the CDC has released a statement about service dogs in dental areas

Horrible experience with this office. I've have to believe they were bought out because the dental office I've trusted for years would not have treated me this poorly. I had a simple office visit to replace a filling and a crown. After about a couple weeks both the crown and the filling both fell out. I followed up with them to fix this issue only to be met with more frustration and incompetence. The dentist failed to communicate with me insurance prior to second appointment and insisted I pay cash as I did the first time. I told them I have top tier insurance for a reason and paying cash the second time wasn't a option. They scheduled me only to charge me after the visit. I have top tier insurance that doesn't require a deposit till 5k. They did $750 worth of treatments and charged me half in cash. I reminded them of my insurance (in addition to showing proof) yet they insisted they can do what ever they want regardless. Buyers Beware!!!
