The photographer was wonderful however there should be no reason it should take up to 5 business days to email over the digital download version of the one photo I bought with no additional touch ups then what it came with. I just want the original photo that I can view sent to me, and considering they refer to it as expedited shipping you’d think they’d send as soon as possible.

My daughter graduated high school last summer and I had a confirmation email from ordering her diploma photo from the ceremony, but could not for the life of me find the actual photo ANYWHERE. I searched my phone, every folder I back photos up too, everywhere and it was nowhere to be found. I emailed on a whim just hoping there was a tiny chance the photo still existed and hadn't been erased yet, and the owner Mike responded just a few minutes later with the photo attached! This company is led by a wonderful human, who puts people above profit and he has my loyalty. Thank you so much Mike for saving the day!
