My kiddos went to go see Santa and take pictures at the outlets and I left my phone in the car…I was greeted by Lance he was so kind and had incredible customer service he let me use his phone to check in which he didn’t have to meant the world to me since I walked far and had 3 kiddos. He understood and was so polite as I was having a long day he never judged he was so understanding in this hectic time of the year! So grateful for Lance and Staff. Thank you for making family memories and making us feel so welcomed!

This place was clean and on time with the schedule. Staff was friendly and spoke respectfully. They allowed me to assist my family member in pose suggestions and even thanked me for the help. Our photographer was kind, easygoing and professional. Our session was quick and easy and our photos came out amazing.
