I have had the worst time with the staff here, I have been waiting to get an appointment for months, after they initially 'lost' my referral. Then today we have an appointment we check in and wait only to be told after ten minutes the counselor was not in the office and we would have to reschedule. This is for a child's mental health! They obviously do not have the patient in mind. The girls who work in the office are absolutely zero help, they don't seem to understand the value of a persons time. They only have two counselors and have been 'trying' to hire since April. The CARE line referred me to this place and it has been the worst experience ever.
