So I normally go here for putting air in my tires but I desperately needed an oil change/Oil filter on my Subaru Forrester. The first guy (chase or Cory)was so sweet he got me in next day first thing in the morning. It was super busy right off the bat first thing opening. They had a lot on their plate. They put air in my tires they checked my brakes and did the oil change. But unfortunately, their system had the wrong filter, and it was just too short. My car “rejected” it and oil was everywhere. When tire sales were trying to oversell to my wife and daughter, I made one call to BBTS and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Customer service was on point. That's hard to find nowadays.
Canyon Hills Big Brand Tire is by far the best place! Hands down 5 stars not only for tires but the quality of work the pride they do is absolutely next level. The manager, Elizabeth, and her team are outstanding. Her communication , explaining what was wrong and how they can fix it, and broke down different options was great. They are honest and quick to tackle the job and all around great people. I highly recommend them and will continue to recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys again. My car drives perfect.
