The front desk staff are very capable, 4-5 people cramped into a very small space, and seems like they know what they are doing. However, communication between the front and back seemed limited, people are waiting for me while I was sitting in the waiting room for a long time, it wasn't until I asked I was brought back to the back. The back is super busy too, the staff are very nice but seems to take longer than I expected to take X-rays, no introductions, so I don't really know who assisted me until I asked for their name. The environment made me anxious. My last dentist office was so organized and calm, maybe I'm expecting too much?
My visit today was extremely nice from the dentist assistance to the front desk with Jamie to Dr. Woo. I got my teeth cleaned and a tooth repaired. One thing I liked best was given options.
For a place that no one usually enjoys going to (the Dentist) I enjoy it. The people are wonderful, warm, and friendly. Great customer service! The work they do is done quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work is outstanding! Today I had 2 crowns put on and was out of there in an hour.
