Just moved in and it's a great place to work! The staff is VERY friendly and the location makes it easy to get on and off the freeway....close to the 5 and 405! I love the view from my office too :-)

My company has been a client of Regus in Laguna Hills for almost 4 years. We are a small company, and Regus gives us the look and feel of a company much larger. The business services provided help us compete with much larger companies, and the staff is always helpful and professional. Visitors to our office often comment on the attractive facilities, and the courteous and helpful staff.

The pricing was decent and the location was great for me. But all of the billing issues I had to deal with warrants the 1-star rating. I kept getting doubled charged or overcharged month after month and it felt like I had to e-mail the manager every month with billing issues. I finally got out of there and they still haven't refunded me my retainer fee and its been over a month and a half since I have left. I wouldn't recommend Regus, or at least this Regus location, to anybody. Update: After a few long months I finally received my refunds. Changed rating to 3 stars.
