This is the best pelvic floor therapy place in OC! I was so impressed with the kindness and professionalism from everyone, from the first phone call, to the front desk, to the physical therapist, Dr. Sahar. The environment is very comfortable and professional and I felt listened to and taken care of. I feel so much more confident now that they have helped me resolve my diastasis recti after two pregnancies/births. Highly recommend to anyone needing help with pelvic issues!

I highly recommend PelvicSanity. I had an amazing experience working with Dr. Faith. I self-referred after having my first baby, and Dr. Faith was professional, kind, and extremely thorough. Every aspect of pelvic floor function and the effects of pregnancy and birth was explained to me. The exercises she taught me are helping me make major strides in my recovery and return to weightlifting. I truly believe postpartum pelvic floor PT should be mandatory. Thank you!
