I brought 4 items to be hemmed. Staff was pleasant. Drop off was smooth.
I paid for extra to two items would be ironed. I was told to come back Thursday after 4pm. I came back Friday at 11am and I was told one item wasn’t ready as a machine broke. I told the gentlemen that they should have called me so I didn’t have to drive here twice. His response was “you don’t live close?”
1 of the two items I paid extra to be ironed it still heavily wrinkled.
