I had an MRI over 5 years ago that showed 8 bulging disc in my neck and lower back. 2 of them were very large and immediate surgery was recommended. I was in a lot of pain but didn't want surgery due to problems many of my friends had Post surgery. All of them still had pain and most had to have additional back surgeries. I was introduced to Dr Campbell by a friend. After several visits, I noticed the pain down my leg started going away. By the time I completed his program, all the pain was gone as well as the tightness in my lower back. That was over 5 years ago. Since then, my life style has been very active. I've run 7 half marathons with no back issues at all. Last year I had a Post treatment MRI to see if any of my original issues were present. The MRI clearly showed 6 of the 8 disc showed less than a 1 ML bulge and the 2 Disc with the large bulges were less than 3ML. In short, no back pain is present. Yes, I highly recommend Dr Campbell's treatment and their non surgical approach getting me healthy again.
