“I have lost weight several times before. Like others, being isolated for two years caused me to be depressed. When this happens, my metabolism stops. So, I went back to Lindora to get a handle on my weight. However, this time the program had changed. So had the products. I found the program to be more complex and harder. (Maybe because I am older...). The biggest issue, however, was the Lindora products. In previous programs, I had depended on the products. This time, for the first three weeks, I had painful stomach cramps and diaharria. One of the nurses finally identified the cause: sorbitol. Lindora had changed its sugarfree sweetener. Now I can only use a couple of the Lindora products. This has made the program much more difficult. Thank God for the nurses. Without their encouragement, I would have quit months ago. I have lost weight, but the process has been long and discouraging. I have never found another program that worked, but I am determined to drop the pounds, so I will stick with it.“
