Outstanding On site service along with exceptional customer service. If you don't have them servicing your outdoor lightning your missing out. If I could give a 6 star rating I would as they are that good

Further to my review on 1/9/24, I am very appreciative to details, as it is the "little things" that DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE with any work that is done, whether it be for lighting or anything else. With that being said, I asked Daniel, the KEY PERSON on the original job and one of the Senior people in the company, to come back out to do some minor adjustments. This was NOT A PROBLEM. Upon completing the minor adjustments, Daniel noticed something else that he wanted to complete, but required him to, once again, come back, as he did not have with him the color match of some caulking he did. My lighting design and installation was handled very creatively and professionally! Chuck Evans, owner, and his installers are thorough in their work and in their review of their work when completed. They want the customer to be completely satisfied before leaving an installation site. I would highly recommend Illuminated Concepts, and I already have, to anyone considering an initial landscape lighting installation for their home or an update to an existing lighting system. They're very good at what they do with the result being a more attractive looking home and and yard!
