After 29 years of glasses, contacts and awful vision, I scheduled a LASIK consultation here for September 26th. I'd had a consult elsewhere years ago and because of my thinner corneas, they suggested PRK which is a harder and longer healing phase than LASIK. Ultimately, that made me hold off a bit. When I recently decided to go through with it, I chose to visit Dr. Manger and I'm so glad I did! With his expertise, he was confident he could perform LASIK on me instead of PRK so I came back the very next morning and had the procedure done! The staff was so kind and incredibly accommodating. I recently had my Lasik done with Dr. Manger on September 25th, and I finally got around to write a review. I gave it about a week to write this review, and I am impressed with my 20/15 vision. I started wearing glasses since I was 11 years old and now I am 21, so 10 years of wearing glasses. I am beyond happy and excited with the risk I took at Saddleback Eye Center. Of course I was very nervous on the day of my appointment, but the staff did an amazing job on calming my nerves, and they also offer Valium! I've been considering to get lasik for months and I stumbled on Saddleback Eye Center. I've check other places but Saddleback had nothing but good reviews, so I've gave a shot. I couldn't be any happier with the results and care they provided. They explain everything on what the procedure will look like. You're never in the dark and answer any questions you may have. The entire staff are really friendly and checked in with me every time I was at the examination room to see if I needed anything. They help you to keep calm if you are nervous about the procedure.
