5-star service! I texted Chad to schedule an appointment this week, and he responded right away letting me know he was already in my area with another customer. He stopped by within an hour, took one minute to diagnose my condenser, and quickly found the capacitor was bad.

He grabbed a replacement from his truck and had it installed in under 10 minutes. My AC was blowing cold again! Amazing.

I can't say enough good things about Chad at DC Heating and Air Conditioning.DC made the process as smooth as possible. They replaced my air conditioning system, and not only did they do a fantastic job, but they also took care of several other little things I hadn’t even thought to ask about.

What really stood out to me was their professionalism and genuine care for my comfort and satisfaction. They were honest, reliable, and kept me informed every step of the way. On top of all that, they gave me a fabulous price and installed a great system that I’m truly happy with.

I've hired Chad several times over the past 20 years for minor services on my HVAC, and he's also helped me obtain parts to make some of my own repairs. Now my home's 31-year-old original AC needed replacement and once again, Chad provided the least expensive quote and with higher quality equipment! He has always met or exceeded expectations. WOW, what a difference! The new system blows colder air, is quieter, and is far more energy efficient. I am a completely satisfied customer and highly recommend DC's Heating & Air Conditioning.
