Extremely happy with the service provided by Bit One for our office. They were very responsive and set up our office internet, cloud, and security. Great communication and response rate and always available for ongoing service and addressing any issues that come up from time to time.
The team at Bit One, Nima, Zach and Kava (hope I spelled his name correctly) are simply the best. We recently switched to Bit One upon a recommendation from one of their long-time clients right as we were onboarding a new employee, and I am amazed at the speed in which everything was completed and correct the very first time.
