I have been training for 10 years and I know a good space when I see one. Ryan and Jack are some of the nicest people around. I live in San Diego and needed a spot in Laguna to train an MLB pitching coach that lives in Anaheim. I found this hidden gem. They welcomed me and my client with wide open arms. When I got there I felt comfortable and not like an alien which is veryyy easy to do in the fitness industry. Ryan and Jack are AWESOME people.
