The only thing good about this place is Dr. Rubal and I'm sure there are other doctors that are nice as well. The head of the front desk has a massive attitude problem and likes to hang up on people over 20 times and play games pretending she's not hanging up on them when directly asked what her name is the phone just goes "click". OLMA is gonna run this business into the ground with her inability to have any compassion whatsoever, and she goes out of her way to spite chronically ill patients. You should be ashamed of yourself. There is absolutely no reason I should have to call this office over 25 times in less than an hour because I am repetitively hung up on by OLMA. This would be like somebody who hates people getting a job in nursing. Perfect comparison. Go get a job somewhere else.
I had a terrific experience here! Justin at the front desk is so wonderful and efficient at helping you understand how to move forward for all things medical. He really made the whole process easier! I also felt like my doctor was very patient and gave me plenty of time to discuss concerns. I appreciated their care and empathy throughout. Sarah
Helpful staff! They answered all my questions. Doc was super nice. If it's your first visit, leave plenty of time for filling out forms, insurance verification, etc. Clinic seemed clean, had plenty of chairs inside & outside. I would only suggest drinking cups for water dispenser.
