I am really disappointed to have to leave a bad review for this business. I called to schedule an appointment with my wife. I confirmed it was a 45 minute session for $125 no less than 3 times. I usually don't confirm as vigorously, but because I couldn't find pricing information on their website I felt it was a good idea. When my wife gets there the receptionist confirms the 45 session, but then technician says the machine only runs for half an hour. Afterwards my wife goes to pay and they charge her the full $125, even though our agreement was $125 for 45 minutes in machine. Love the doctor, her bedside manner and her State of the Art equipment. I tried another place and it didn't compare. She's professional and knowledgeable. Great experience.
