This studio has been a game changer for me. The space is always clean and welcoming, and the instructors are professional, supportive, and really care about your progress. They help you improve your form and get stronger safely. I've seen real improvements in my posture and overall strength since starting here.

Anyone that wants TRUE Pilates with a professional, highly trained and friendly instructors should go to Fokus! This place is a gem in the middle of Laguna beach. Sheri Myers runs this studio and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her business. It's small so you get hands on classes. Everyone becomes like family right away. Hard to find another studio as great as Fōkus!
It's a private pilates studio.. Very caring and chill staff.. Very well trained and knowledgeable.. Pilates is one of the best investments you will make if your job puts lots of strain on your back like mine.. After trying out different spots, I knew this is the place where I should be getting pilates.. This is not a corporate studio, so the focus is quiet different.. I get my sessions with Sheri and she has been more than helpful and competent.. Support small businesses, especially when they're that good, and please dont feed the corporate system..
