We described our needs and she identified a very good opportunity for us. We met the next day and put in an application. Within a few days we were signing agreements. Anne worked with and for us. She gave us good advice on the local market.

When I needed a letter of recommendation from my prior landlord on short notice, Nicola "Niki" Petersen came through. Really appreciated her help. I'm writing this review in 2015 a year after the fact, because I'm coming across old records (getting ready to apply for another apartment) and realized I never properly thanked her!

These people are excellent to deal with and I have sent several of my customers to Nicola for short term rentals in Laguna Beach. She has hundreds of vacation properties to choose from and all of my clients have been set up well in some of the most impressive homes with the best ocean views in Laguna.
