I could tell even from the phone conversation customer service was not high priority for her. Definitely thought I found my new salon for my curls in Laguna but I’m sorry the lady working the front desk changed that. A smile goes a long way. We all have bad days.
$110 for a wash and a bad taste left in my mouth.
