Our stay at the Surf and Sand Resort was great. Beautiful resort, staff was helpful. So we had high expectations for the spa.We received a text from the concierge about deals and to mention it when booking. When I called the spa they said the deal was only for the day. The lady was a little rude about it also. I believe her name was Beth. She was also the one who called to confirm our reservations. I agree with the reviewer below that customer service could be better.As a couple who loves our spa days, the facility was underwhelmingly small and old from the coed room to the separate lockers. My husband and I decided to stay at Surf&Sand for a weekend getaway and got massages at Aquaterra Spa during our stay. My masseuse was Jordie, and she was incredible! She gave me a deep tissue massage and really focused on any and all bumps and knots she found. She was very professional and respectful, and we managed to get a few laughs in during the session too. She was very kind and personable, and I would most certainly come back again, specifically requesting her. During our session, my gold necklace, a family heirloom, got in the way so we removed it. Beautiful spa, very friendly professional staff treatments were wonderful and it was a lovely experience. We come here for special occasions often. I wish they would bring back the splunch (spa and lunch package)
