Shout-out to Matt and Richard of American Plumbing & Rooter - Laguna Beach.
They were at our place on very difficult kitchen sink backups in January. We thought they identified and fixed the problem; however, in March, one of the kitchen sinks started backing up again. Not only did they come out immediately, but identified a problem in another line, fixed it and did not charge us covering the job under the warranty.
So thanks to American Plumbing. Our sinks are fine now and we are happy customers!

Needed immediate help replacing the 1” ball valve that was the shut off valve for the house water supply. Rebecca from the office replied with assurance that they could response almost immediately. Plumber Matt Mackeown called me with a half hour ETA. MATT SHOWED UP AS PROMISED. Matt was professional and very pleasant to deal with. 45 minutes later, we had Water! Luis is one of those rare individual who can look at a problem and see all possible alternatives and select the very best one. On multiple occasions he has solved challenging and complex problems and found exactly the right solution.
