The staff here is wonderful. I was in a bind with my daughter and couldn't get in to our current provider (K . Anderson in RSM). Jodie (sorry if I spell wrong) was amazing from the phone conversation to check in, she knows her stuff and is so caring. Then we met Dr Megdadi. She was absolutely the best. Took her time with our daughter and did a very good job getting her eyes diagnosed (we have some issues to say the least). I asked Dr Megdadi a few challenging questions and she did amazing.So amazing in fact that my husband and I are switching to her now. Dr Meghdadi is absolutely amazing. She is so patient and takes her time with not only us, but our children as well. I am so sick of being rushed and upsold by some of these outfits and Total Vision is doing it right! Dr. Meghdadi is professional, knows what she is doing and takes time with us to ensure our prescription is correct - no more headaches for our kids! The glasses were perfect and no unnecessary upselling (which actually makes us want to come in more!). Take a hint other vision centers, if you're reading this you need to find your own Dr Meghdadi! Highly recommend!!!

Read this.I’ve been going here for a couple years with consistently great service, but I’m leaving a review because this practice, in particular Dr. Meghdadi and her staff, probably saved my vision. I was there for an annual exam, which was apparently quite thorough despite being utterly routine. She noted something abnormal in my eye and recommended urgent evaluation by a retina specialist. A day or so later, Dr. Gupta (Retina Associates of Orange County) measured disc edema in both eyes, much worse on the left, and explained this could be due to abnormal pressure in my head pushing my optic nerves into my eyes, which is an emergency.
