The team showed up on time and did a good job on what they did. But some of the promised cleaning points (in their 52 pt system) were not attempted. I feel I got a good regular clean but paid the up charge for a deep clean. Contacted them and was told I’d get a call back. A week later, no call.Service: Deep clean

Very disappointed with the "service" of this company. I set up the appointment days in advance. I gave the gentleman the door code to enter the house. Once it was time to perform the cleaning no one had the code. They tried to call me once and did not leave a vm. Since I was at work I could not answer right away.I called them back and finally got a hold of someone, she said they couldn't get in the house. I told her there was a door code. She did apologize and said they would send the crew back out the next day. Weeeeelllll the next morning I woke to a text saying they had to cancel my cleaning service for the day!!!Dont waste your time!

DO NOT HIRE. First off, if you are on a tight schedule definitely do not choose. They moved my appointment slot 3 times in one day! They have unclear/shady business practices. The office manager, Chris, hung up on me during one of our calls. The manager, Josh, was supposed to call me the same day and he did not, so I had to call back the next day. This just shows me they don't care about their customers. To make matters worse he accused me of lying about something he had no knowledge about and wasn't even there to witness.
