Shop is very clean and in a nice area of the downtown. Dena is great to work with. I have done laser hair removal at other shops and it hasn't worked. Her laser has worked great for a full back hair removal. I still have a few treatments to go, but so far the results have been great.
Dena is great! I went to Top Look Laser to get my bikini touched up. Scheduling was super simple, she had appointments available a week out which is great because the places I used to go to were booked months in advance. She provided very clear instruction for preparation before the appointment via text message. During the appointment, she provided ample education and was super patient with me (we had to take a lot of breaks because the laser burned, IYKYK). It is clear that she is an expert at laser! She even took the time to tell me about the different settings and level of laser that she did on me. The clinic is clean and very aesthetic. It is nice to have someone who is skilled with laser hair removal so close by; before, I would travel all the way to Glendale and receive care that wasn't as personal as it was with Dena. I would happily recommend her to anyone! P.S. The Location: Dena is located in downtown LaVerne in the store WYLDFLWR, which is a boutique in the front and beauty spa in the back. I had a hard time locating her originally so just know that she is inside WYLDFLWR which looks to be a clothing boutique through the front window.
I had such a great experience here with Dena! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She patiently answered all my questions, making me feel completely at ease throughout the session. The environment was professional yet friendly, which added to my comfort. I appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. After my first session, I can confidently say that I'll be continuing my sessions here with Dena. I'm looking forward to seeing the results and am grateful to have found such a great place for laser treatments. Highly recommend!
