Before I dove into TRT, Richard gave a complete overview of the entire process from start to finish followed by blood panel work. They provide you with all the answers you may need backed by their expertise and experience. You can give them a phone call throughout their working hours with any questions/ problems or concerns that may arise during your treatment. They will not shut you down- top notch service.

It’s been 16 weeks since my first treatment and the service and attention to detail based on my current progress is superb. All staff members are very cool, welcoming and highly knowledgeable. 5/5.

“My experience with John has been incredible. 1st and foremost during my initial contact he was super informative and not pushy. What impressed me the most was just how professional he was. He even reviewed my previous lab work to triple check I was on the right protocols for IVs. Upon starting my IV treatment of NAD and weightloss, l was a bit skeptical about what kind of improvement to expect!? But, Let me make this clear. That skepticism only lasted 24hrs because the day after my 1st IV I noticed a huge boost in energy and memental clarity. I'm not sure if that experience will be the same for everyone. The pain with tattoo removal will vary as each session but there's music in background and they provide a stress ball to help. Plus the nurse/laser person is great at making conversation so time will be fast. The tattoo removal sessions are affordable and the customer service is amazing!
