Had an issue but call the number on the where you buy the cards and the lovely and friendly lady who called me back describe to me how to make this work which I don't mind doing a little extra to get my laundry done for a decent price so if you're considering coming here I would say it's definitely a good location just make sure you don't bring quarters bring dollars fives or tens that way you can put the money on the card I know this sounds inconvenient but what works out in the long run is it holds your money on the card so you have your money stored and so if you don't spend all your money with the laundry which it's not too terribly priced you will then have a little...read full review
The place is clean & the owner & staff were very friendly. The machines use wallet cards you load with money. The cards are tricky to use at times as the machines don’t always recognize the cards right away. If you need to use the restroom, you’ll need to walk down to the discount store & use theirs because the laundry one stays locked.
I would like to say thank you to Mike, Lisa, And Michelle very clean place. I just moved into la Verne I get off work late and couldn't find a laundry place open. Luckily I ran into this place the owner was so welcoming. I was able to wash my clothes even though they were starting to close. offered water to customers. Machine are affordable really nice place would recommend and will be going back. Thank you!
