I've been coming here for a few months now... and it looks like I found my new Go-To cleaners.On my 2nd visit, my order was already ready for me as I walked in the door. Helen already knew my name on my second visit! At my prior cleaners of 15-plus years, I had to remind the owner what my name was... ... and the genuine greeting I receive when I walk into Emerald is unmatched.There is no strong chemical smell emitting from my clothes that I was experiencing with the prior cleaners I was using, which was the final straw for me.The lobby is always clean, and the counter is never dusty or sticky.I enjoy coming here. Helen offers great customer service, fast and fair pricing. I can't recommend this place enough. I have had my shirts and dresses dry cleaned here. They always get to me good as new.
