My son loves going to Cape! Coach Milo and Coach Z are doing a wonderful job of improving his speed and agility. His basketball coach is noticing a difference in his quickness. The facility is remodeled and holds a lot of fitness equipment and batting/pitching areas. There is a nice boxing section too.
I was never a gym guy. But Cape Athletics changed that. I been going to the Boxing and HIIT work outs. It’s a great welcoming environment. They recently renovated and completed so many upgrades. Ditch the corporate gyms and come to Cape! Highly recommend.
Awesome facility. Signed up our son for his membership. Attending Monday - Friday 4pm-5pm for Strength and conditioning and boxing 5pm-7pm. He is going to get in great shape. First week he was working hard. Coaching is great. Coach Milo does a great mix of workouts. Coach Chuy for boxing is great, trains pro and Olympic athletes. Loving it already!
