Bottom Dollar Roofing replaced my roof in August 2024 and they did a great job! The estimate they gave me was reasonable compared to estimates from other companies. Everything was listed and there were no surprises. The job was completed in two days, the crew were friendly and professional, and clean up was great. I highly recommend Keith and his crew!! We worked with Keith, who was very straightforward and honest. We received two other quotes from different companies, both of which were twice the price of Keith's. They used the same materials as the other companies and had a large team that completed each phase in half a day. Keith is an excellent planner. Once he gives you a date, you can count on the work starting and finishing quickly. The timing of the tear-down crew, material delivery, plywood & shingle crew, and inspection timing was all perfectly coordinated. The crews also cleaned up after each day which is a bonus these days.
